A New Pillow For My Smoking Room.

As many of you know, I'm a huge Georges Simenon Maigret fan. I love the books and the shows.

I received a gift card to Walmart and wanted to buy something fun with it. I already have enough mason jars so I ordered a custom throw pillow for my smoking room. It cost under $30 and it's much nicer than I expected. The cover comes off and is machine washable.

It was so easy to make on the WM photo website. It was actually cheaper than making one on one of the other custom photo websites...Snapfish and Shutterfly. This pillow is 14"x20".

I think my Maigret pillow is big enough. I don't need a Maigret body pillow. That might creep my wife out...just saying.

Sherlock is my favorite, but Nero Wolfe and Maigret are wonderful. It is amazing the amount of quality work that Georges Simenon produced in his lifetime. To have that much imagination to flow out of you is something that I can't grasp. I'm doing good to write "Happy Birthday" on a card.
