Happy weekend, friends!

I am currently combusting my very first bowl of Esoterica Margate. I believe, if I was blindfolded, I could easily mistake this for McClelland British Woods, or maybe even Wilderness, which had Syrian Latakia.

As this is my first bowl, I have yet to do a proper comparison, but my McClelland receptors immediately began firing when I lit this up.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Wishing you all a lovely weekend.

Trading one unobtainium for another, good luc:(k Brother...
Haha, a valid point. I only have one tin of British Woods left, and even though Margate isn’t easily obtainable, I interpret the hope that every three or so years I’ll be able to find a tin as “happy news.”

Not even in the same ballpark. Makes me glad that my McClelland stash will likely outlive me. Sure it's not the onset of latakia blindness?

Margate is the best English Esoterica makes IMO. As @cshubhra said, Smoker’s Haven Our Best Blend and Exotique Mixture may well be to your liking as well. I like OBB best between the two. Thankfulky Margate is one of the easier Esoterica blends to get ahold of.

I smoke Latakia blends at most four or five times a month. I’m usually a Virginia smoker, so the chances of Latakia blindness are very unlikely haha. In fact, I believe it is the tobaccos that aren’t Latakia that make these blends so enjoyable to me.
