Had a bunch of friends over for lunch yesterday.

Started off with a couple of German wines instead of the usual champagne

I’m not cultured enough to know the differences in what you’ve shown here but I do know it would be a blast to have a wine and anchovy tasting. Oh and that mushroom risotto sounds 👌 👨‍🍳 💋

One of my friends who was coming (he cancelled because he had to attend a funeral) is a retired 3-hatted chef.
I decided on the risotto as I had cooked it before and it’s a recipe I wouldn’t stuff up in front of him 😁
No pressure 😏

Most (not everyone) at the lunch are wine professionals or have huge cellars.
The task was presenting wines not only good, but interesting to them.
