Awhile ago on Facebook my wife thought this would offend me. But, this couldn't be more accurate and I'm proud of it! 
The joke ended up being that I don't use Facebook, so I only saw it 2 years later when she mentioned it.
And yes, her English ain't no good sometimes.

True Story
Today:
Doctor: You are going to need physical therapy for your knee.
Me: I can do it myself by going back and forth outside to smoke a pipe.
Doctor: That would be a lot of going back and forth to smoke.
Me: and?
This doctor clearly under estimates the benefits of good pipe tobacco….. I may have to seek a second opinion.
Today:
