The diagnosis would be Chowcoma (not to be confused with glaucoma): ICD-9 780.8675309.
Chowcoma is typically caused by eating too much plain pasta. Symptoms include drowsiness, stupor, and generalized languor. Application of marinara is indicated and curative.in most cases.

Reminds me of someone telling me of the time he was driving past a primary school and was intimidated by the sight of all the hairy tattooed arms hanging out of the drivers’ windows - and that was the mums doing the morning school drop-off
