You just reminded me to try my tin of Dunbar that’s been sitting for several years. maybe tomorrow AM, with coffee!

Opened one of the tins of Dunbar this morning and put it in a nice oversized jar for air circulation. It was a tasty smoke with a good peppery finish, but it really needs a year or two in a jar to bring out all the flavor one would expect from an Esoterica blend.
