Indeed that is an impressive sight! Your goal of 250 pounds would allow you to smoke an ounce a day for close to 11 years if my math is correct. That's a lot of pipe smoking! Just imagine the estate finds the future young pipe smokers, ( I pray there are some) will have to bid on some 30 odd years from now! Those of us who squirrel away these tins and jars should be remembered as great humanitarians in the pipe smokers hall of fame years after our demise. Picture the look on some 20 something year old guy with a pipe in his mouth opening the dusty old lid on one of those Rubbermaid containers that has been sitting all those years! It'd be like hitting the Powerball!

I am curious of what the grand total would be on all of this tobacco. I must say wow I am inspired, but truthfully if I had this stock of tobacco I would not smoke all of this within my lifetime. That said to each is own this is a very impressive stash.

It can possibly last a few life time of my smoking, given that I normally smoke at most 3-5 bowls per day.

You've got an amazing collection there! Nice to see so many different tin designs. They're quite stylish.
Though I see your post is 3 years old, how's it going now? Have you run out of tobacco yet? :P

Just noticed this is a necro-post. I imagine this cellar has grown considerably.
