Hello all!

I'm considering buying a pipe. It's nothing amazing or anything, but I like the way it looks. However, there is a small crack on the bowl. It does not appear to go all the way through the bowl. It's not a pipe I would want to spend a lot on getting fixed.

So I just want to get some opinions: is this crack a deal breaker? If I smoke it without fixing the crack, will it still last a while?

Thanks!

You can do a water test, put on drop on the crack and see if it goes through. If not, then you’ll be good. You can also fill the crack with a buffing wheel and some shellawax. It’s none toxic and food and pharmaceutical grade. You just don’t want a hot spot D95A77ED-CE3E-4A0F-BDDC-05221A10F7DA.jpeg

Thanks for your replies, but I have decided against it. I found a nearly mint Jima/Garland that I snapped up instead(my monthly pipe allowance isn't enough for both LOL)
