hall222:

Congratulations on two nice finds!

One of my favorite things to do with old tins is to put new tobacco in them. For example, I have a Velvet tin dating from the 1920s to the 1930s. Inside of it I placed a Ziploc bag filled with current production Velvet. When I reach for that tin to fill a pipe it's the closest thing to time-travel I've ever experienced. I've done the same thing , for the same reason, with old Holiday Pipe Mixture, Edgeworth, Prince Albert, Half and Half, Granger, Carter Hall, Walnut, Rum and Maple, Sugar Barrel, Revelation, and Kentucky Club tins.

Try putting some Sail Regular in your tin and see if you don't experience a bit of time-travel, too.
