I feel two very strong things. I feel grossed out with images of clogging arteries and also a strong sense that I could polish off that board in 20 to thirty minutes depending on how much I want to pretend I am not a glutton.

It looks delicious but damn, I can feel my left ventricle slamming shut as I write. Probably because I'd also need a lot of salty snacks to go with that. Great, it's past bedtime but now I'm hungry again.

Haha, honestly I'd pass -- buttercream is not my thing. Cloying sweetness without substance -- I feel sort of sickly thinking about it.
Now cream cheese frosting -- if only minimally sweetened -- is the stuff
