The price was $50 plus $10 postage and $5 sales taxes to the dad blasted state gubbermint.
$65 delivered, all tariffs and postage and sales taxes paid.
Just think of all the precious children my tariffs and sales taxes will save, and all the job creators that will get much needed tax cuts!

These are extra large pipes.
They have wonderful grain, no fills, no flaws, no varnish, and they color.
My two Muxaings have by far the best stems of all my pipes, a chewy lucite that duplicates vulcanite and won’t ever oxidize.
Typical Marxman Big Boy Square Panel in the center. Muxaing pipes top and bottom. There are no markings on the Muxaings. In a hundred years they’ll be just nice old briar pipes.

If you’re into carving your own, that would be about $40 delivered.

This is what the Chinese do best. A cheap bauble you only want, don’t actually need, and must be hand finished.
They can buy briar from Europe, ship it to China, make a pipe, and deliver it to Dunnegan Missouri for less than the price of a sit down meal at Appleby’s.
