| Today Dec 11th is 57 years of marriage, wife was pregnant with our first child when her brother was killed in the service, thought we would lose it. It’s been a roller coaster ride, would do it all over again. |

Congratulations! 57 years is a long time, you were married for 20 when I was born.... My grandparents were married for 60+ years before my grandmother past, never seen them squabble over anything, accepting your other half is just as imperfect as yourself goes a long way!
