3D Printer Pipe Stand

My son made a pipe stand for me with his 3D printer. Nothing fancy, but it serves the purpose. Now, he's going to make a larger one because this one, as you can see in the pics, is a little tight. I'll use this one for straight stem pipes. I also suggested to extend the center column so the stand can be picked up while the pipes are resting on it. I'll post an update of the new version when I have it.

Yeah, from a 3D printer. He has spools of plastic that feed into the printer and it prints from the bottom up to the top in layers. I don't know much about how it works. He makes all kinds of things. He even made me a miniature pipe.

I haven't seen too many 3D print jobs, only stuff a colleague of mine has made in the past, which if I'm honest were crap! Oh yes, and not nearly as complicated as your son's creation. Nice work!
