Good afternoon Briar Buds, hope y’all are well today. Gorgeous day in da Carolinas. I stumbled upon an old B&M store and found they had some “estate” tins from an old customer. Poor guy seems to be in assisted living now and is prohibited from smoking a pipe, at least on the campus, so I’m thinking of finding out where he is and maybe taking him out for lunch & a pipe.
.
My question to the wise pipers here (wise cracks included) is this; should I just open this tin and try it or is there something I don’t know to properly enjoy such an old Backy?
Being a lurker for quite a while so I expect varied responses….like
1-Quit your yapping, open it and smoke it already!
To
2- Stabilize the temperature prior to popping lid, then spread out leaves to dry for 82 minutes. Once dried use two char lights and let rest for 45 minutes.
