2018 MM Reverse Calabash Arrives

Arrived in a presentation box along with certificate of authenticity and care instructions. Seems a bit better constructed than the original. Very happy with the purchase!

I went for the light one too. The dark kinda appealed to me, but not as much; and the dichroic one was just, well, kinda weird.

The 2015 RC is a work horse, and have high hopes for this one. Likely though will put this one up until Christmas.

Yep, just like the original, but the stem is a lot more secure in the new one.

The two toned Reverse Calabash I received is interesting - the dark cob is more of a light grey, so the change is very subtle.

A comparison shot. 2015 on top, 2018 on bottom. Not a big size difference, but I do like the Danish stem on the 2015 better.

Not all pipes are designed to.

No. Like the 2015, they are glued into a hardwood plug and friction fit into the cooling chamber.
