2016 West Coast Pipe Show - Las Vegas

So I've never been to a pipe show before and have a question, in particular, about the vendors that will be on hand selling merchandise at the 2016 West Coast Pipe Show in Las Vegas.
Which ones will take VISA? Just the retailers with tables? What about the pipe makers, do they accept VISA?
I really have no idea this is why I ask. I do plan on attending said show and want to be prepared ahead of time.

Howdy Mike,
As is the case at most pipe shows, the larger vendors like Monjure, Smoking Pipes, etc, are set up to take credit cards. But most deal only in cash or PayPal. Walking around the show with just a Visa card will greatly limit your ability to make purchases.
It is a great show and a favorite of mine. Hope to see you there!

Pipestud nailed it.
As a local I should tell you that the ATMs in the casino will typically hit you with a $3-$5 fee on top of what your bank may hit you with for using an ATM that isn't theirs.

I guess I'll have plenty of the REAL currency with me. That is really great to know because this will be my first pipe show on the West Coast. I live so close to Vegas and I have never even went to gamble there.I hope to hear much more about this show before it happens.

I carry a card reader for accepting cc purchases via PayPal. Most carvers/ vendors do the same now.

The West Coast show is a great one, in part because you can smoke in the show area. But be warned that cell reception is weak to non-existent, depending on your carrier. Cell signals are blocked on the casino floor, and I think that has an effect on the show area, too.

I will attend if Standard Tobacco is handing out the new Warhorse Plug. I usually fall on the floor in Vegas from losing all my money, more of a kneel and pray really, or too many free drinks. It would be a welcome change to get knocked to the floor by a tobacco.

I can't imagine that Warhorse won't be plugging and whinnying about the show. Along with the brothers John Cotton's blends and Bengal Slices. It is a great show, and I plan to be there this Fall.

Bump! The show is coming up this week and I want to encourage everyone to attend. These shows need walk in traffic to survive. I'm looking forward to watching some of the Breeders Cup races from the sports book while enjoying the best $1 hotdogs in town. 8O

That sucks Dan. I was looking forward to the possibility of meeting up again.
So, no Warhorse at the WCPS.

I was looking forward to having two of us at the table this year, and having some free time to hang out with you, John and the other folks from PM that I met last year.
