I have been writing back and forth with Foggy with regards to tobacco and pipes since his decision to retire from pipe smoking was announced.
I told him that I wanted one of his pipes to just have and think about him a bit in the future. Foggy has always been such a great guy and one of the OG's of the site when I joined as a rookie back in 2013.
So when he mentioned his Amber Root Prince, I was very excited. I love the Dunhill prince shape, though I have been on a bit of a bulldog/author kick lately. Anyway, I was intrigued and decided it was the perfect pipe for me to have and honor Foggy with from time to time. This is the first (and likely only) guy I will ever buy pipes from sight unseen, but he is such a standup guy I rolled the dice. Boy I am glad I did!!

I would not bat an eye buying an unseen pipe from him! Stand up individual the Fogger is!

One of my favorite shapes if the stem is partially bent, as it with your pipe. Elegant!
