I wasn't that surprised, they had Summer coupon available for a long time. I almost bought everything with 20% discount before this one. This time I bought nothing.

I almost pulled the trigger on a few lbs of smoking product, but demurred for another supplier's next sale.

I'd looked at P&C's site several times during the 24hr sale, even put stuff in the cart....and then...

what can I say? I'm a cheap sob. Even 20% off on your second or third choices does not qualify for me at this juncture. Almost, though.
