Father's Day is in June. This is the fourth time I have seen a Father's day sale in the last few days for various different things.

Death metal, to answer your question, it would not be a good idea to make one company out of two because if they were fully merged and got sued, they could lose the whole thing. If one gets sued, the other survives, and all the contacts from one can be used in the other. I'm not sure this is the only reason, but it definitely is one of them.
Same applies to real estate. You never commingle properties.
