I am about to show you what I purchased this past week. Keep in mind a few things while you look...
1. I saved for a long time to be able to buy these pipes. I am not rich (yet).
2. I really like Dublin and Calabash shaped pipes.
3. I am using photos taken by other people, because I don't have all the pipes in hand yet. I will add a group shot when they all arrive. Apologies to the copyright police.
4. Yes, I did have the go-ahead from my wife before purchasing. It's hard to hide this many purchases all at once.
5. I really like Dublin and Calabash shaped pipes.
I purchased this 1907 Calabash pipe from forum member Lonestar; 105 years old! (The pipe, not Lonestar)
Nording Calabash and tamper from smokingpipes.com
Nording Dublin and tamper from smokingpipes.com
And the pipe I never, ever thought in a million years I would get to own...
Cavicchi Dublin - CCCCC
Now I gotta start saving my pocket change again, and see you in another two years. Ha ha.
