Crossing another shape off the list! The Putney. I'm going to guess this is a pre-war pipe as it is not seen in later catalogs/flyers. A short little apple. The page is from the mid 1930's catalog. Also on this page is the K of K, what a great name for an English pipe! I don't know if the K of K was made as a "second" (it's not listed in the seconds price list for the catalog), but it's shape 21. It may have only been made as a top of the line Four Dot, which I guess I could understand...it's the K of K!
