^^^ I have a Savinelli Roma Lucite 673. It is a very nice pipe. Some call the 673 the “Friday Savinelli”, which was coined by the late Matches860 ? :

There are many, many phenomenal artisan estate pipes in that range including meers. For a new, small pipe I've been really happy with Savinelli Autograph Mignons.

Don't be in a rush. I've seen many pipes get sold before I got around to them only to have something else come along that I liked even more.

If you haven’t got a meerschaum give that a try.

I might be biased but they’re an interesting part of our hobby.

Plenty of choices with colored stems and group 3-4 sized bowls and shapes to suit all fancies.
