Actually, seriously, why don't they accept non-us credit cards at all (not even via PayPal), even to ship within the US?
Set up your PayPal for debit, that might work for you. I'm not sure which I use for them but I'm Canadian and get them to ship to a U.S address. They would receive a lot more business from me if they shipped to Canada.

I had three bags of Semois in my cart but deleted them when I saw my total. I just don't like it that much. Too cigar-y for me. Price was really good for those who do love it!

Nice selections. I restocked the big three codgers, one tub each. SWR, PA, CH. That's the order I tried them in too.

If I had been drinking, I'd probably picked up those Newminster's that you did. I'm trying to moderate my TAD events and get into some reasonable budgetary approach. Put down some limits here, for myself and appreciate things at a nice comfortable pace that doesn't have me looking at the bill on my credit card at the end of the month and wondering what the heck I am doing?!? 8O

Update: the sale ended Saturday and my order yesterday was ineligible. Good thing I showed restraint.

I can live with my purchases. You just can't go wrong with the classics.

I was able to make it through all weekend and did not jump, Finally! Of course I got some stuff elsewhere.

Customer Service from P&C! After I'd spoken to a girl on the phone this a.m. and she told me I'd missed the sale and I told her, oh well, that's ok then...I'll be fine with the regular price, I now find the following email

It's consistent with my experiences with P&C's customer service.

Excellent! I'm not sure what the girl on the phone was talking about because I placed my order Sunday afternoon and the code worked fine. Good customer service regardless.
