I just sent them an email, as their site says they restrict shipping of all tobacco products to Arizona.

Not cool, and unfounded as AZ is still a free state of tobacco…

Did the reply / change their policy on this yet?

They used to ship to AZ some years ago. I’m surprised to see this change.

From the late 80s through the 90s to about 2004 i walked by them 2 times a day to and from the T stop going to work and home. Been in a bunch off times, didn’t smoke a pipe then so that’s where i bought my smokes.

I wasn't a pipe smoker forty+ years ago when I lived in Cambridge so I never visited the legendary tobacco shops of the area (I have since remedied that deficit). Because someone referenced this thread elsewhere earlier today this seems like a good a time to post a lengthy piece about the history of Leavitt & Pierce. It was written in the 1960s and used to be available online years ago, but like so many digital resources it disappeared. Luckily I saved a copy and here it is:
