There were a couple of dunhills on there that were to die for. But if I had bought one, I would likely have died. $1100 is too deep for meeeeee.

I saw one for $6,000 and several others over $2,000!!! Ridiculous! I don't think they're even worth the $600-700 they usually sell for.

Cup O Joes has a cleverly designed sale. It doesn't offer an inventory wide discount, so they can selective cull their stock, or at least offer it. If I understand, items are on sale only for the one day, so it is focused, and people have to act quickly, no coming back tomorrow. Many of the pipes seem to be higher end. If you find just the one you've been considering, at half price, that's a deal. If you just get inspired and go for it, it might be a cause for regret. COJ has really worked on their web site to do this and it is an admirable effort.

They sure do have a nice selection of pipes. I don't buy tobacco there as I'd be forced to pay the 75% NY state tax. How is that even legal?
