That’s a great pipe Frank! Love the history. The old Dunhill Shell Princes are truly wonderful specimens.

That they are! I have a 73 Red Bark prince that isn’t too shabby either. Other than a mint 67 104 Bruyere I have that 28 is my fave Dunhill though. Mostly because of the history. Turns out its the year Alfred retired. That was a total coincidence, added bonus :)

that 19 is a real looker though. As is the Asteriou. I will never tire of envying your collection, haha.

For the record, I was informed that the Dunhill Prince was likely from 1921 vs 1919. I was likely told an incorrect date. I love the wealth of knowledge in the pipe community. See article here and the 1921 reference.
