We don't want the thread to die young.
I did get my match; eventually got the forum name, searched all his posts, very few clues.
Perfect, he gets everything I didn't like.........................
I promise they were perfectly stored before ending up in that little sandwich bag.
I usually wait until closer to Christmas because it's . . . Christmas, and making it sound like a plan gives me leave to give it lots of careful consideration, or procrastinate. :)

I wanted to check in and get some advice from more experienced smokers about this special "Kitchen Sink" blend I'm preparing for my SS 2025 -- is it ready to go, or do you think I should age it for another week?

I don't see any Brussels sprouts. No sulfur burn on the retrohale == literally unsmokeable.

You should press it into a crumble cake. Really let the flavors meld.
