Who Made that Pipe has a listing for a Critic Deluxe, which was made by Delacour Brothers.

Thank you! I saw Jessie’s response above. And then searched “Critic with Delecour Brothers” and got quite a few hits. Some from previous postings on here from 2017ish. Now I’ll wait patiently to see the markings on the bands.

If the makers mark is AD over JD then it's a Delacour. Town Hallmark may be either London or Birmingham

Well, the good news is that they are Delacour, Birmingham 1930. The bad news is that the seller didn’t ship everything I ordered and I may have to return them. How it goes sometimes.
