    The first 3 are basket pipes I picked up from a local newsagents (the reddish one was my first pipe and I had no idea what I was looking for). I asked the shopkeeper where he gets them from and he said Peterson's, so I assumed they were Peterson seconds - but none of them have any marking...

    When I started smoking folk online seemed to be largely recommending condor as an everyday baccy in the UK, so went to Morrisons and asked for that - they didn't have any left but recommended special virginia (which I now know I prefer) as an alternative - worked out well for me!

    Hey! I'm new here, from Dundee, Scotland, have been smoking a pipe for about a year now, I usually smoke special (mellow) virginia as an everyday baccy, keep a couple of tins of connoisseurs choice for when I fancy a nicer smoke, probably on the younger end of the spectrum here (late 20s)
