    Hi all, just got my first Castellos in about a month ago. Slightly obsessed with the shape 11. I had a gorgeous brown smooth as well but the drilling was no good and it wouldn't pass a pipe cleaner so I sent it back to Italy :(

    Meerschaum Dilutes Flavor?

    I got a new meer this year and the first 5-10 bowls were definitely a bit muted. Once the inside is darkened up it should be fine. As others have said. Now mine is my most smoked pipe and probably my favorite go-to, much to the chagrin of all the briars in my pipe drawer.

    Having some GLP Windjammer in the Altinay. I love this stuff. I think Pease has 3-4 blends so far for me that just consistently hit, full of flavor, good nic hit, burn well, etc. this is like a periquey macB navy flake and is just real good rn.
