    Ah yes, that memorable occasion, you buy your first pipe. I was 18 at the time ( over 55 years ago) . The pipe..a prized five dollar Medico. It was a prized specimen of a pipe. Gorgeous piece of filler with specs of briar in it. I still have the old relic.
