Nicotine is not what's really harmful in smoking. And it's not good either, all the effects you mentioned where on cell cultures. And we are not made of a single line of cells. At all. Smoking kills, it's a fact. As many other things do (food additives, pollutants, ...) But we choose to smoke...- AirOne
