    I never said anything about replacing them, I only referred to sharpening them. That's a world of difference. Sharpening only takes a few minutes of elbow grease; the other way takes money out of your wallet.

    What service are you using? I believe with UPS and some others you have to declare what your shipping. You do not have to declare anything with USPS.
