Cherry Pipe Tobacco by Smoker Friendly

I love experimenting with the affordable blends. I have plenty of the premium tobacco but figured out I really like Carter Hall. Thanks for the review.

    Czech Tool

I use a brass casing because I have a few that I won’t reload. Will probably have to dispose of them if I ever go in a government building.

Jim Steffey from Emerson Southern Forged Tobacco on Radio Show of January 9, 2024

Great episode. Jim was an interesting guest and I suspect he’s going affect my smoking experience positively. Our expected low temp next Tuesday is 5 degrees and Wednesday is -3. I’d say your Vivaldi selection was on point. Kind Regards, Jon

    Cincinnati Area Shop? (Or Columbus)

Older thread I know but an FYI. OTR Cigars has a fantastic lounge, great cigars and usually quite a few tins of pipe tobacco. Plus the owner and employees are super nice. In addition the whole surrounding area is awesome. Findlay Market is a cool shopping experience.

Jim's Seattle Pipe Club Christmas Spirit 2023 Review.

It’s comparatively pricey, but pipe tobacco is a bargain compared to cigars. As an aside, I truly enjoy your reviews.

Dillard‘s had jackets that fit the bill, velvet and such. I forgot to check after Christmas sales.

Cigar Lover Trying to Broaden Out

Welcome from Cincinnati Ohio. You may find you like more ‘veteran’ varieties than the usual store bought brands. Most importantly, enjoy the ritual and relaxation that is, smoking the pipe.

Do All Old People Like Butterscotch?

Lagavulin 16 is my winter whiskey. Not inexpensive but worth it. And I can’t have Werthers around. I’ll eat them like potato chips!

Is it Me, or Is it the Tobacco?

Random thought, what if you cellared it. Experiment for awhile.

Newby from Ohio, Living in Washington State

Welcome from Cincinnati, Oh. I went the estate pipe and cob route. I want something ‘nice’ next. But the Morgan Bones intrigue me because you can get them natural. I like the idea of patina.

    WAF-wife acceptance factor

I know historically, non smokers love aros. I don’t hate them but I prefer Scottish Blend, 965 etc. Since I’m fairly new to all of this, I’d appreciate a few suggestions. My goal is to be able to smoke in the house. I was ‘crop dusting’ through the house last week. I’d probably smoke in our...

Jeff Gracik on Radio Show of December 12, 2023 with New Line of Pipes

Great listen as always. I suspect a future move on my part will be one part rediscovery and ten parts frustration at the amount of stuff I’ve acquired. Quick question, I have Cringle Flake 2022, should I crack it open or wait?
