This is a good strategy for shipping tobacco into Canada. There is no official amount for "personal use." I've had a $4 pouch of Half and Half assessed for $30 of tax. Some great suggestions here. I like a little dark fired with my vapers. For the price you can't beat the Rattray's Trinity: HOTW, Old Gowrie, and Brown Clunee (in order of personal preference). Scottish Cake is also amazing. Solani 633 for something more light and sweet. Salty Dogs for...- geoffs

Trying Different Blends - HU Directors Cut
To my tastes, Director's Cut is a smoother version of Doblone D'Oro. It's also double the price. If you don't mind a bit more rough burley (I think it's dark fired Kenyan leaf) I recommend Doblone.- geoffs

Whiskey with pipes
I find pipe smoke far too delicate to stand up to anything stronger than a beer. If I'm smoking a strong burley or dark fired blend I might go for a bourbon or port.- geoffs

I think I’m done with Zippo Butane Pipe Insert
Zippo butane inserts have let me down, so I have not tried this one. I had the butane torch and it was finicky as hell and lasted only long enough to light a few cigars before needing a refill.- geoffs
