    English blends aren't too bad!

Oh dude... I need to do that. I've wasted so much money on shit I didn't end up liking. Thanks for the tip

    English blends aren't too bad!

It's smoky and strong, but I just don't think it's as strong as aromatics. I've not smoked many tobaccos yet, but I like Stokkebye, and their maple/honey flavoured stuff.

    English blends aren't too bad!

Mine came from a little town called Sveg, fairly isolated. The province Harjadalen ( I can't be bothered to include the umlaut) literally just has a moose, dog, some birds etc on the coat of arms. To this day it's mostly forest. (I also descend from Swedish immigrants to America, but raised in...

A dark and muddy tobacco for people from a dark and muddy island XD It must be my Swedish blood that craves the sweetness.

I agree. I think from my initial impressions of this hobby I'm going to be a black cavendish/Virginia/aromatic sorta guy. I will absolutely look into other stuff, but the former will be my preferences.

    English blends aren't too bad!

I bought these two blends from Chieftain, which I've mentioned. One called lazy day, and the other Robert's mixture. My initial impression was one of being wholly unimpressed, then actually a little bit disgusted. Perhaps disgusted simply because I spent money on something I didn't like haha...

Thank you! Sorry for the delay. It wasn't expensive and looks rather nice for its price. It was £37, which in comparison to some other pipes I've seen is waaay less ridiculous.

    First new Dunhill Purchase

I see no problems with it, getting something vintage is quite unique. Plus if you saw the beating my corn cob has taken you wouldn't think too much about the lathe marks XD

Actually I could use some advice, I need to get one more pipe in rotation. I simply don't like the draw of the meerschaum cob I bought. In all honesty I'm not a fan of them altogether. I'm looking for a pipe that's around £30-£40, maybe a bit over but nothing too crazy. Durable and preferably...

I wasn't really thinking about buying a new pipe, I have heard people warn that if you smoke one too often it will get wrecked, but I let it cool and clean it often so I don't know. I see a lot of long term pipe smokers with a billion different pipes so... But I'm quite comfortable with the one...

Wow there really are some fancy ones, I mean that's obvious since there are fancy stuff of everything, but, I love the look of Jobeys. When you mean Danish pipes do you mean the ones with the very striking bend? I'm looking on a Danish pipe shop now and they have a crazy amount of variety.
