    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

I just made a Hybrid Tip using the RAW Cotton Filters... I break them apart and I can have 2 cotton balls in them. And what's good about them is theyre made with special cotton I guess but you can make your own if you have your own cotton balls. Well, I used the other RAW Tips, the normal ones...

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

well, Im smoking a pipe tobacco so it's not really inhalable. But this is as close to it I can get... and it really is up there with inhalations....

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

I think I found another way to warm the nose whilst smoking... you have to cover what you're smoking with your hand as if you're trying to cover it from wind... but it's guiding the smoke into the nostrils... so just keep puffing and building a cloud of smoke into the hands, and inevitably some...

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

and, i can see how long i can further keep the leaves in hot water.. or even cold water after that. but who knows. if i'll even get to that point.

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

keep in mind, i've done a Lot of experiments on these 'non aged' dark air cured leaves.. and this is what I've found to be the only way to do it, so that it dries without Spots... any other way it dried with spots. I dunno if it has something to do with osmosis or something... the pre-soak is...

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

yeah so I finally did learn how to sanitize the whole leaves I am getting, a Dark Air Cured wrapper leaf... but it is also sold aged. The way I learned how to clean it though allows me to enjoy it as it is even if it is unaged. This is a leaf that is sold aged and non aged.... But, there is also...

    Clay pipe

so the Philtpads I think do work.. atleast better than the Keystones right now... But, I still ended up messing up my last clay pipe, because tobacco got underneath the filter... so apparently that might be a problem with these filters and maybe why my pipes got messed up so early before with...

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

well, so far I would consider the philtpads a success. I had gotten impatient, waiting for them to come in, and I pretty much almost messed up the pipe with the keystones? Well, then I got the philtpads and the last 3 smokes have no gurgling... so that's pretty good. But also, I forgot... I...

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

that nose warming thing seems rather important .. it seems that I wouldn't have been able to make the switch from inhalable cigarette tobacco (American Spirit) to pipe or cigar/cigar segment tobaccos... without a pipe most especially I guess, one of those nose warmers. For me it's all about the...

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

also toasting or firing (smoking) really seems to enhance that nose warming effect also. Or flue curing.. I remember with Kentucky's Best RYO cigarettes , which I didn't inhale... it was enough to just hold the cigarette in my lips at an angle pointed downwards, and allowing the smoke to rise...

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

yeah that's why I called it nose-warming.. since it seems that maybe it's a pipe smoking term.. because there are "nose-warming" pipes. but for some reason it's not all that much talked about in cigar smoking... the closest I found maybe was prehale.. I think maybe it is easier to do with a...

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

How to Get the Best Cigar “Pre-Hale” https://www.bnbtobacco.com/blogs/news/how-to-get-the-best-cigar-pre-hale Zen and the Art of the Pre-hale https://mikescigars.com/blog/zen-art-pre-hale/ maybe this is something like what I do but I do it differently? Its like, I have to puff it, and I get...

    Clay pipe

Another thing I did, which may have messed up my bowl is not replace the stones in time. It may be that the keystones , esp. for the clay pipe need to be replaced like every bowl? but who knows. I'll keep trying and we'll see what happens.

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

lol I smoke fags... is that appropriate? but yeah. It is literally a Stick. and I dont inhale... So anyways.. that's what it seems to be... a stogie a square I dunno but it's just, not conventional... but it's really all about that nose warming thing.. also testing the body , with some...

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

those look good. and I just learned that Gowith Hoggarth sells them in bags. But they're pretty expensive... I would probably have to try a smaller amount if I want to be committed to a whole bag but seeing as theyre all about additive free tobaccos... atleast from an article I've read on a...

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

well I mean if you smoke stems they should be clean. I know they do impart some nicotine lol, but its just in my journey of washing whole leaf tobacco.. I've learned theyre really good for retaining humidity... as long as they're clean. one of my cuban ancestors told me once about smoking...

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

i dunno, it depends on those stems. The veins, yeah, sometimes it can be dirty. but yeah those veins, if you get really good ones, they do help to retain humidity with the tobacco. but I would remove them when I smoke the tobacco, atleast IMO... atleast for inhaling.

    Anyone Smoke RYO Pipe Tobacco?

the stems helps to retain humidity i think.. but I dont think you really want to smoke them. So I take them out. it's OK as long as you can take them out. But as for nicotine.. well.. yeah you can smoke them for nicotine but I'd rather just keep them to retain humidity. I think even in...
