Best City for a Pipe Smoker

Madrid Tobacconists
I have a upcoming trip to Madrid, Spain. I have found a good few cigar shops as alongside pipe smoking I'm a avid cigar smoker. Despite this, so far I have been unable to find any pipe shops.
