    It's nice and the topping is obvious but as said before it has a few rough notes in there. It softens if you leave it in a jar and let it get some air too.

    Well technically when you work with large animals as I do you nearly always end up with a mouth full of s$%t from splatter or from their tail whipping around and being covered in it, so yes. That said I'm a spit rather than swallow type of guy.
