Tobacco Pouches: Better Than a Ziploc?

How about a plastic screw lid jar, big enough to put your ziplock in, for tossing in the saddlebag. You can take it out when not riding.

My New Fan Variant by Doug Finlay!

I think that argument could be had. But, as it's initial shape was to be a "Fan" proper, and a flaw dictated a slight change, I personally think it fits more into the Fan "variant" as the proportions are closer to it than a Dublin. Just my 2 cents.

My New Fan Variant by Doug Finlay!

Would you believe, this block was so huge that I'll have made 3 pipes out of it when I finish up the last one cut from it.

***What Are You Smoking, July 2025?***

Too hot in the shop to do any pipe work @ the moment. So im hanging out in the pool with a bowl of Escudo in a pierced blowfish shop pipe and an iced cold brew coffee.

    Cursed Pipe Won't Smoke

An inexpensive keyless 3/8 drill chuck will solve the changing sizes problem. Also less tendency to get side pressure, as with a T-handle.

***What Are You Smoking, April 2025?***

Man, talk about a crap day. I've been too busy to smoke lately, trying to get a few more pipes done for the Chicago Show. So I decided to take a break, since my brain want braining today. Loaded up a bowl of Pembroke and set out to the lower deck. Fire it up and just getting it rolling good, and...

    Mystery Pipe

Thank you, I do try to mix in some outside-the-box ideas, when I can. You can follow me on IG, if you're on there. Not sure if I should post my info on here. I could always PM you, if not.

    Mystery Pipe

Yes, it is a pipe I made. It was a commission. If the person receiving it wants to reveal themselves, they will. George and I are in contact every week and I quite often send him progress pics of stuff I'm working on, and final pics when done.

What Does BBQ Mean To You?

The end result is all that matters to me. The 2 owners at a place I used to work at did competition BBQ all over the USA and had several awards (The American Royal, Jack Daniel's etc...) Low, slow and indirect smoke/heat. There are people doing high temp, fast smoking now, that are also winning...

    The Dupont Knock-off

Hopefully not while still on her wrist, if so, you need to find out who's pushing her in and starting it. 😉
