In London a few days ago. Managed to sneak away from work for a couple of hours - The James J Fox store in Mayfair... OMG. What a wonderful place, and they have Germain's bulk tobacco. Last night I tried Mac Baren's Crumble Kake English #1. Not bad, but not very exciting to this palette. Closer to Margate in strength, fuller English vs PZ which I'd call med/light strength. That said, quite enjoyable. Spicy and complex but just a bit strong for me. I won't be throwing it out...- lloydcole

Hmm. Fusilier's Ration. I was looking forward to this. It looks like PZ and it smells a little like it but I was disappointed. PZ isn't 100% tobacco, as far as I'm aware. There is a topping. Didn't A/B with PZ (smoked some Frog Morton Across the Pond for my first smoke) but mightily impressed by John Cotton's Smyrna tonight. Wonderful bowl in my Mastro de Paja dublin.
