    If they can't repair a problem they will replace the entire lighter at "no cost" for you. I sent them two lighters that I wanted pipe inserts for and didn't't cost me anything except for the cost of shipping. When they say "lifetime warranty" they mean to to the extreme.

    Alternative to Paragon and Halcyon Waxes

    Bought a can of Renaissance wax a number of years ago and will be something that I will never use up. Carnauba as mentioned in an earlier post is my "go to" wax when doing a full restoration.

    When ever I'm smoking my pipe I usually have one hand free so just shield the pipe with the free hand. Silmle is as simple does, so that's why this works for me...:LOL:

    Cellaring Aromatics

    I have cellared Lane 1Q and Dunhill A20000 for almost 20 years and find the\at the tobacco although definitely more subtle is actually a very enjoyable smoke. As always YMMV.

    I guess that like most of us here the match is part of the enshrined process of pipe smoking. That being said I will defer to a butane of old school zippo on windy says. There are times when you just have to bow to the elements if you want to smoke. ; )
