Hello everybody I am wondering if it would be possible to customise a pipe by adding brass rings to the shank? I have no particular pipe in mind but am wondering generally. Thank you very much for the useful and very helpful suggestions. I wasn't aware of some of these brands and enjoyed looking at their offerings. Sizes and proportions are difficult to tell from photos, of course, but it seems the models mentioned all have stems of similar thickness as my Chacom... -

Hello everyone, I have a Chacom churchwarden pipe which I like a lot and which smokes well, but I do find the bowl rather large and that the stem is too thick, all of which gives it a rather hefty feel and appearance. I forget the exact name but I believe it is similar to the Paris No. 42...
