Dark Fired Kentucky
My current favorite DFK blend is Gawith & Hoggarth Dark Bird's Eye. It's a little smoky and a little sweet and ages pretty well. I buy it in bulk and portion it out for aging. Definitely an "end-of-the-night" type of blend for me. It can be pretty stout.- pipingfool

I've shipped quite a bit of pipe tobacco out of WA. But only as gifts/trades. I've never had any issues, but then again, I've never labeled the boxes with "FRAGILE; AGED PIPE TOBACCO INSIDE".
