My apologies on my previous post. Let me explain this further. The flakes of paper are caused because of the amount of cuts and the pressure of the dye cutter when the inserts are cut. The white flakes are little slivers of paper from the flake inserts. They are caused by the dye cutting of the inserts. We are working on solving this problem presently with our supplier. Chris Tarler Cornell and Diehl Tobacco- chris
