    OJK Original

    This is probably a stupid question but here it goes. Does anyone also get a sort of Barnyard smell from OJK thathad been jarred? I've never really noticed but the wife said that's what she smells and after taking a deep noseful I have to agree. The smell opening the tin is different . FLAME AWAY.

    C&D Old Joe Krantz

    I sèems to me that no matter what pipe I use or how I pack it OJK seems to burn very fast. As an example I can pack the same amounts of OJK or HB Cake im my small Jirsa and the OJK is finished in about 25 to 30 min. and HB Cake lasts almost an hour. Anyone else have this Problem?

    While removing the cake build up im my Jirsa I used the wrong size reamer and made a small well beneath the draft hole. What sgould I do if anything. Thanks guys.

    Bowl Coating Removal

    Hi, I recieved two new Irish Seconds today. The first thing I did was was the bowl and stem basically to remove the Peterson bowl coating. That was easily accomplished but on one bowl they got sloppy with the stain. My Question is should I also dand it off or does it make a difference?

    Bringing a Meerschaum back to life

    Hi All, I need some help to breath new life into this Meerschaum. I purchased it about 35 years ago in the Heidelberg PX. It has sat for at least 20 years in a cabinet, very dusty. How should I try and bring it into smoking order? Any assistance would be welcome. Thanks in advance.
