    Fred, That's one hell of a collection! I've only got two IMP meers, but I love them both. There are some different groups here, (Drug Store, Flake, etc.). If a meerschaum group were to form, you'd surely be the man to run it.

    An obscenely talented carver from the Ukraine is Konstantin Shekita. Both of these pipes are $500 (one is sold). Compared to some of the stuff I've seen priced much higher, these are definitely underrated. Sorry the pictures are enormous.

    Most likely. A lot of blenders will just throw scraps from different blends together and sell it at a discount. Mars Cigars and P&C sell blends like that. One of them even offers the choice of aromatic or straight.

    It just recently resurfaced. It's not the Bull Durham of old that was chipped cut and in the drawstring sack. Now it's more or less an RYO cut that's in a plastic bag that claims to be pipe tobacco. The cigarettes I smoked of it were pretty one dimensional, though high in vitamin N.
