Is this meer any good ?

"Good" is kind of relative its not a IMP, baki, yanik or bekler. Solid block meer is what you want but even then there is different grades just like briar. It will probably fit your roll if you are just looking for decent meer smoking characteristics.

    Age All Tobaccos?

for me putting away tobacco is more to me about storing up for cost savings. I know one day we will either not be able to buy tobacco or we will have to pay prices like aussielass 40 to 50 for a 50gram tin which I might do but only on rare occasion. Tobacco gets more expensive every day.

    Age All Tobaccos?

Id say no to burleys and aro's. Orientals and perquie yes but less desirable the one that gets the best with age is Virginia's but you can cellar any blend its all a matter of preference.

    super memory pill

unfortunetly it takes forever to get something on the market. If they can even get a FDA approval and make something that wont kill you or make you worse

What would you blend with Lane's 'Burley Light..."?

Yep, just start mixing them up a little at a time to see what you like. Someone could give you ideas all day but you might not like any of them trial and error is the best teacher.
