Perique....Fresh or Aged?
I've had Vapers fresh and aged and love them both, but in different ways. Aged perique has a plum or stewed fruit taste and loses a lot of its spice, while fresh perique punches you in the face with a pepper blast. Softy Bits question
For those of you who use softy bits on your pipes, how often do you remove the softy bit to clean the stem of the pipe? Just curious.....I dont know if the stem will oxidize quicker bc of the moisture that gets caught underneath the bit. Should I take off the bit to let the stem dry between... -

Sutliff Tobacco Tins
Why did the author of the Sutliff review state that the Sutliff tins were not suitable for long term aging? Are'nt they the same as McClleland and GLP tins, which are supposed to be great for aging?- jon11
