I smoked cigars before pipes and like it a lot but not near as much as I like pipes. I still smoke a few cigars a year usually at a special occasion with friends.
I've been waiting on a shape I absolutely love to pull the trigger on a Grandi. I've been keeping a steady watch on them for about a year waiting for the one that is just right.
It is a nice smoke. I have added it to my ever growing list of tobaccos to order. I would like to share it with those not wanting to order 12 oz to see if they like it. PM me if you would like a sample.
I've smoked this blend before it was my first English blend got it from Bookworld in Marquette, Mi with my first pipe years ago. I would like to get some more to try it again.
Excellent post! I keep all the tobaccos I don't much care for in a box in the closet and come back to them about every 6 months and love some and still dislike others.
I used to smoke on the front porch because it would give my wife headaches when I would smoke inside. Now I smoke in the house thanks to the Lampe Berger, works like a charm smells great and the wife doesn't get headaches any more.
Now that I'm back to smoking in the house I'm smoking alot more. Today I have smoked some 1Q, Peterson Irish Flake, FVF, Lancers Slices and Billy Budd.
